Attested in Rarotonga February 1918 and enlisted 12 March 1918 at Narrow Neck Military Training Camp Auckland New Zealand. Posted to Rarotongan Company 18 September 1918. Embarked SS Malta for New Zealand 14 December 1918 and was discharged 20 March 1919.
Cook Islands death register records the date of death as 13 October 1966. Other documents record the date of death as 12 October 1966. The military headstone was ordered recording the date of death as 12 October 1966.
